"It is not that we have a short space of time, but that we waste much of it. Life is long enough, and it has been given in sufficiently generous measure." — Seneca
When you step into actual wilderness, the noise fades and you tune in to true signal.
You start breathing differently. You become aware of the present moment — the only moment that ever exists — here and now.
I've spent years planning this trip, customizing some of the greatest highlights into an unforgettable journey. I would love to share them with you.
The adventure reignites your enthusiasm for life.
The integration grounds what you uncover there.
Rainforest hikes, river expeditions, dense jungles. Breathe air directly from the lungs of the Earth.

Full days of immersion, real comfort at night, and time to actually be with the other men who chose to be here. That's where some of the best conversations come out.

I curate this group carefully so the men inside it complement and challenge each other. If you're considering it, apply. We'll figure out together if it's the right fit.
Able to handle a 6-hour hike with ~2,000 ft (610 m) elevation gain, on rocky terrain and muddy, uneven jungle trails. You don't need to be an elite athlete. You do need to be in shape and someone who takes care of their body.
You're open to being moved. The breathwork and the quiet stretches in nature can hit harder than you expect. Walk in willing to feel it. You don't have to have it figured out, you just have to be willing to look.
You bring something. Energy, honesty, willingness to go deep in conversation, willingness to be vulnerable when it counts. I'm picking men who will sharpen each other and form bonds that hold up after the trip ends.

This is you choosing yourself. My job is shaping and guiding the group around that.
You've always wanted to explore the wilderness of the Amazon Jungle
You're willing to be challenged and get reenergized with life
You want to be part of a group of men who'll meet you at depth. Deep conversations, raw honesty, real connections.
If this is you, just apply. We'll figure out together if it's the right fit.
"This trip was genuinely life-changing. It felt like stepping into a National Geographic documentary. It reignited my spirit of adventure and reminded me how alive I feel when I'm immersed in nature. I came home and literally set out on a different track, one that I actually wanted to wake up to."
"An unforgettable trip. Being so deep in and close with nature that you feel out of this world, especially first time in a climate like this with volcanoes, rainforest, and jungles. A trip that left an imprint on my life, empowered and invigorated me to the fullest in the months after. Lukas was a phenomenal guide."
You've probably been turning something like this over in your mind for a while. The kind of trip you can't book on a website. The kind that requires you invest more than just money.
When I'm standing at the top of a volcano, or moving through the jungle at night, I get something I can't access anywhere else. The actual thrill of being alive. Out there I get out of my usual thought loops, broaden my perspective, and come back with clarity about what actually matters.
You know that satisfaction after a genuinely hard day at the gym, where your body is spent but you feel accomplished? This trip builds that feeling, except it runs deeper. Your spirit is re-energized even when your body is tired, and you keep wanting to go.
I moved to Ecuador with a bag and a blood sugar kit. No Spanish, no connections, no plan past be present and do the best that I can with what I have. I ran a hotel on the coast for three years and solo-trekked the Colorado Trail. Every time I've backed away from the edge, it has cost me in doubt and regret.
I've been leading men's retreats and coaching men personally and professionally for years. Hundreds of breathwork sessions. I've taken groups through Ecuador before and worked closely with hotels and local guides to shape this experience from the ground up.
The moments I return to with real gratitude are always the ones out in nature. The best use of money is to affirm life. I'd love to take you there.
